HR System Specialist to Fingerprint Cards

FPC is looking for a HR Application Specialist to be responsible for the digital HR transformation. In this role, you will be working with IT applications to support both strategical and operational HR processes. This means procuring, developing, implementing and managing the company’s HR Systems. You will work closely with the HR team and the IT manager who function as your stakeholders.
A suitable background would be to have previous experience with HR processes from an information technical perspective, and also have an interest in overall technical solutions. You probably enjoy having a position with responsibility for requirements and supplier contacts. You should have experience of system configurations and know how to build reports using various tools.
- Acting as an interface between HR and IT
- Requirement gathering
- Assisting the IT Manager with procurements
- Project managing ad-hoc projects either as part of larger projects/programs or on as requested by HR users
- Developing functional specifications
- Working with local, near shored and off-shored supplier resources
- Performing UAT
Fingerprint Cards is a successful technology company with a global presence. You will be part of a small IT department and have great potential to influence the digitalization of HR, which may in the future include financial systems, as well. You will also work with application selection and impact how FPC can work more efficiently. We also expect you to advise on how to improve the use of the applications and how different applications can be used in corporate reporting.
We prefer that you have a technical background and skills in either solution management, requirements management or project management for HRM Systems (HRIS / HRMS).
