We are looking for a service minded and administratively strong person to join our client’s Customer Management team. Your main customer contacts are the buyers at the major retail partners. You will also collaborate with our client’s different departments, i.e. Sales, Controlling and Logistics, in order to ensure outstanding customer service to the Nordic market. Your self-motivation and ability to work independently, without close supervision, will ensure your success in this role. The position is a temporary full-time employment to cover a maternity leave of 14 months.

Key tasks

Manage the daily flow of sales orders in order to achieve service level targets

Ensure that services to customers comply with customer specific requirements

Act and follow up on customer claims

Work closely with the supply chain of the customers

Closely co-operate with and support the local sales organization

System maintenance of sales master data

Co-operate with transport agent and monitor delivery performance

1-3 years work experience in a similar function

Further education within supply chain or sales/accounting

Strong customer focus and service orientation

Very good communications skills

Pays attention to detail and enjoys working with administration

Good general skills in MS Office. Knowledge of SAP is considered a merit.

Fluent in Danish and good knowledge in English both in speech and writing. Good knowledge of other Nordic languages is considered a merit.
